Project Outline

We collaborated with Odyssey Convention Ireland and the Irish Blood Transfusion Service to craft a uniquely designed and printed bid document for the International Society of Blood Transfusion Congress.

The document's objective was to highlight Dublin and its scenic surroundings as the perfect destination for hosting one of Ireland’s largest international conventions. It was vital to reflect Dublin's distinctive character, rich history, and vibrant culture, alongside key logistical details like hotel capacities and venue specifics.

The design approach ensured clarity and professionalism, allowing striking photography and specialised print finishes to evoke imagination and emotion. Attention to detail was paramount; the document featured a blend of various paper stocks, complemented by silver foil embossing, spot colour printing, and an intricate bookbinding process. This meticulous craftsmanship added to the document's elegance and appeal.

The final proposal was elegantly presented in a handmade linen folder, containing three individual proposals, each thoughtfully inserted to enhance the presentation’s overall impact.
